Carnaval de Quebec

It was another nice day out on Sunday, So Catherine and I decided to take our kids to the Carnaval. It was a bit cold, but all the walking kept us warm. I left Jayden at home with daddy, and I only brought Chloe, we had a pleasant but very tiring day. Every once in a while, I get weird ideas like thinking I am in good enough shape to drag Chloe around in a sleigh. I did it, but it was no easy task. I got a months workout out of it.
Here is Catherine with Elliot. He was napping.
Here is Chloe in her sleigh. She walked a little though, because she wanted to be like the others. The only problem was that she wasn't quick enough.
When we went for lunch in the tent, There were a lot of activities. Chloe enjoyed sticking giant magnets of fruits and veggies o the wall. She colored for a while while Wilson and Gabriel made play dough, and enjoyed that. We also tried to get her face painted, but it was 1:30 in the afternoon and she hadn't napped yet so she was getting very grumpy so finally we decided not to. This was the result.
Finally, here we all are after lunch, before getting ready to go back outside.
The kids had a very nice day. They slid down the big ice slide (Chloe also I went with her and she liked it). They ate maple sugar on ice (Chloe didn't want to try it. If she only knew what she missed) and they got to see the ice castle and the bonhomme Carnaval. Catherine and I had a very quiet ride home in the car. Everyone was sleeping.
