Butterflies

At the Jardin Hamel on Boul. Hamel, they have a butterfly exhibition every year. We decided to take the kids on Saturday. It was our first time. The kids enjoyed them as long as the butterflies did not land on them or go near them.

Valentine's Day

I know I am late but here are the pictures anyway. We had a big storm on Valentine's day, so to keep the kids busy I decided to make cupcakes with them.

Eating the mix was always the best part.

Jayden ate the decorations more than he decorated, but he had fun anyway.

Pee Wee's

The Pee Wee's have been in town for the past week, and we decided to take the kids to one of their games. We didn't know if they would be good or not or find the time long. It turned out they were fine. We did bribe them with smarties and juice, whatever works. The pictures aren't that good.

Once Jayden spotted Glen, he absolutely had to walk up the stairs and go give him a kiss (that is always what he says when he wants to do something that he is not sure we'll let him do). He sat with Glen and Carolyn for a little while.

Here they were dancing to the music. It was their favourite part of the game, along with clapping their hands when someone scored.

Chloe Cooperated

Chloe cooperated and agreed to take pictures, as she was playing with the famous hat on. She usually doesn't want to take pictures when she is wearing it. They played like this for about 1 hour.

Hats

Someone at Kevin's work gave him this hat, and the kids for some reason absolutely love it. We actually had to ask for a second one because Chloe and Jayden always fought for it. Here is Jayden wearing it before bed. He refused to take it off to go to bed on that night. I don't have a good picture of Chloe wearing it.

Parade Du Carnaval

I know, I haven't posted lately. A part from all being sick, we haven't been doing much lately. Last Sunday it was really nice out, so we decided to go to the day parade at the Carnaval. It was a cute parade for kids, and just the right length of time. Below are a few pictures of the favourite floats.
