Jayden sits up all on his own now. He can even get from sitting to his tummy. He still falls once in a while, but not to often. His favourite toys nowadays is the beebop band drumstick. If he has that w don't need to put any other toys around him. Chloe doesn't like sharing, so she spends most of her time taking it away from him.
I bought Chloe her own sunglasses because she wanted mine all the time. I thought she wasn't going to want to wear them, but she loves them. She insists on wearing them most of the time.
On Sunday Kevin and I washed the cars. Jayden sat and played in the grass for 2 hours and didn't complain once (he did have toys, but Chloe seems to think that everything belongs to her, and took them away). We took out some tree stumps on Saturday, so Chloe had lots of fun playing in that dirt pile, it was much more fun than her sand box. We also took out the water table that Nana Jack bought her for her birthday (even though it was freezing). She really enjoyed it. The combination of water and dirt made a nice little mess. The kids went straight into the bath when we came in.
Chloe's favourite song is I'm a little teapot. She enjoys doing the handle and the spout. She was showing off her spout for the camera. Jayden just spends his time looking at her and laughing. I keep a little white stool in the cupboard (the one chloe is sitting on), to get stuff that is higher up, and Chloe takes it all the time to keep Jayden entertained. Usually she uses it to stand in front of Jayden's high chair.
Even Jayden got in the spirit of things.
