Castle

Chloe loves blocks now. She always wants us to build castles. Here, daddy and her had just finished one, and she was proud. ÉShe is making her silly face as usual.

Stroll

Chloe strolls all around the house with her stroller (a gift she got at christmas). This week she started carrying her dog in the pouch like a purse. I guess she is used to seeing me pushing a stroller with my purse at the mall. She goes around and around the kitchen island.

Bumbo

Jayden is getting really good at holding his head up when sittting in the bumbo. It also takes a bit more time before he gets tired.

Prints

We made Jayden's hand and footprints for his scrapbook. He got very dirty but he didn't mind at all. He clenched his fist a little when we put the paint, but he let us finish without any fuss.

Another Day Outside

It was so beautiful out on sunday, that the four of us decided to go play outside.

Chloe enjoys playing with sand toys in the snow. She could sit there for hours just filling the bucket.

Jayden enjoyed a nice nap out in the sun.

Chloe was trying to pull Jayden's sleigh, but he was a bit too heavy and she fell over.

Chloe enjoyed sliding in the slide that daddy patted down fo her.

Here it was time to come inside. Both kids were all red because they were getting cold.

Chloe and Madisson

Madisson came to spend the day on Saturday. Chloe and her shared most of the games, but once in a while one of them decided they didn't want to and had a small fit. They did get along for most of the day though.
Here is one of the times where they decided to share.

Tooth Brushing

Chloe now brushes her own teeth, and she won't let us forget. She usually does it with daddy when he is getting ready for work, and before bedtime. Her potty turns into a step, so she drags it over to the sink when it is time to brush.

Lots of Smiles

Jayden likes to smile when we talk to him. Sometimes we have to talk loud for a while, but when he starts, there is no stopping him. He also started talking this week.

Chloe's New Seat

Since Jayden now uses the high chair, Chloe eats at the big table with us. She enjoys it a lot. She is making a weird face, but everytime she sees a camera now she squints her eyes like that, so it is hard to get good pictures.

Doctor's appointment / Eating

We had Jayden's 2 month old Doctor's appointment yesterday. He ways 16.5 LBS. Needless to say, he is above the curves in height and weight. He is also starving, so we now have to feed him cereal 2 times a day until he is 4 months old, and then we can introduce the other food groups. The doctor also prescribed a cream for his skin (he has a lot of dry skin) and it already has made a huge difference.

New Years Day

On new years day, we had a brunch with Marcel's family at the restaurant, and then we all went to Marcel's afterwards.











These pictures were taken at the restaurant, and both Jayden and Chloe were very well behaved.

New Year's Eve

On New Years Eve we went to Terry and Melissa's house. We put Chloe and Jayden an PJ's before we left so that they would be ready for bed. They are wearing matching PJ's.

Christmas Day

We spent Christmas day at Nanna and Pappie's house.

Chloe was being a little devil. Here she was sitting in the pile of gifts.

We had to wake Chloe up from her nap so that she could get ready to go visiting with her daddy. She wasn't very happy about this. Jayden on the other hand just decided to have a nap in his car seat while waiting.

Christmas Eve

We spent Christmas eve at Nanna and Poppa's house and had lot's of fun.

Chloe was in a very good mood. She was being silly trying on Jayden's hat.

Chloe had lots of fun opening her gifts and Jayden's. We didn't think she would, but she opened them all. Jayden was also awake the whole time. Here he was looking at the new truck that Nanna Jack bought him.

Jayden was sleeping soundly when it was time to go.
